So you logged in and saw this message:
First off, don't panic - once your subscription is reactivated everything will be back in its original place, just they way you had it.
Your next step is to hit the blue "Re-Subscribe" button, choose the subscription level you would like to renew at (you can upgrade, downgrade or stay where you're at, it's up to you) and follow the prompts to check out.
